The US-TB and US-TBR mechanical seals are designed for applications involving corrosive chemicals, acids, and reactive process fluids. The seals utilize PTFE and GFT composite bellows that provide excellent chemical resistance and eliminate the need for dynamic elastomers.

 

The US-TB version features a replaceable rotary seal face, while the US-TBR design incorporates an integral seal face construction. These seals are widely used in pumps and rotating equipment operating in chemical processing plants, fertilizer units, and other industries handling aggressive media.
