The Sales Engineer will play a pivotal role in growing Unique Seals' market presence by driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and offering innovative sealing solutions tailored to their needs. This role involves providing technical insights, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify potential clients in industries like chemicals, petrochemicals, refineries, and power plants.
- Promote and sell Unique Seals' range of mechanical seals, ensuring solutions align with customer needs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, offering product demonstrations and resolving queries.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the engineering and R&D teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Skill Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial products, particularly pumps, valves, and mechanical seals.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
